Empire Gaming Terms of Service
1.1 Store Orders for Empire Gaming are purchases for digital goods and hold no physical value.
1.2 If a player is banned from Empire Gaming, refunds will not be provided. Store items lost due to PvP encounters or other in-game natural events will not be replaced. However, items proven to be lost due to glitches, crashes, or other unavoidable situations may be considered for replacement at the discretion of the administrative team.
1.3 Empire Gaming has a strict NO REFUND policy on all delivered packages. By purchasing a package, you acknowledge that server-related issues such as server crashes, downtime, rollbacks, DDoS attacks, or disruptions caused by cheaters, among others, do not entitle you to compensation or refund eligibility. While we strive to offer the best ARK server experience, unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we address them promptly and to the best of our ability.
1.4 Any unauthorized payment chargebacks not discussed with the Empire Gaming administration will result in a permanent ban from Empire Gaming servers. Should you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must initiate the process by opening a Store Issue's ticket at https://discord.gg/Z2S2tU2z3Y.
